Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a multilayer packaging material including a new configuration of a protective film coating process linked to digital printing to have both reliability and speed and economic feasibility suitable for small-scale production of various products. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a digital printing step of performing printing on the outermost surface of an unprinted multilayer film fabric in a digital printing method; a corona treatment step of performing corona treatment on the printed surface of the printed fabric; a heat lamination step of preparing a laminated fabric having an adhesive layer formed on one surface of a protective film and heat-bonding the laminated fabric to the corona-treated printed surface by means of the adhesive layer; and a rapid cooling step of allowing the laminated printed sheet to come in contact with a cooling roll immediately after the heat lamination to cool the laminated printed sheet rapidly. 본 발명에 따르면, 다품종 소량 생산에 적합한 경제성은 물론 신뢰성과 신속성을 함께 갖출 수 있도록, 디지털 인쇄와 연계된 보호막 코팅 공정의 새로운 구성을 포함하는 다층 포장재의 제조 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 디지털 인쇄물을 포함하는 다층 포장재의 제조 방법은, 미인쇄 다층 필름 원단의 최외층 표면에 디지털 인쇄 방식으로 인쇄하는 디지털 인쇄 단계; 인쇄완료 원단의 인쇄면을 코로나 처리하는 인쇄면 코로나 처리 단계; 보호막 필름의 일면에 접착층이 형성된 라미네이트 원단을 준비하고, 상기 접착층을 매개로 상기 라미네이트 원단을 코로나 처리된 상기 인쇄면에 열접착시키는 열 라미네이션(Heat Lamination) 단계; 및, 상기 열 라미네이션 직후의 라미네이팅 인쇄 합지를 냉각롤에 접촉시켜 급속 냉각시키는 급속 냉각 단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
