Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a portable fan capable of controlling the direction of wind blowing due to a structure including a second unit having a fan module that rotates by receiving power from a storage battery of a first unit, and a third unit rotatably coupled to the first unit, accommodating the fan module, and having an exhaust port, and of being easily attached and detachably fixed to the user's clothing or accessories, including a belt, allowing the user to freely control the direction in which the wind blows toward the user's body and the intensity of the wind. 본 발명은 제1 유닛의 축전지로부터 전력을 공급받아 회전하는 팬 모듈을 포함하는 제2 유닛과 제1 유닛에 회전 가능하게 결합되고 팬 모듈을 수용하고 배풍구를 가지는 제3 유닛을 포함한 구조로부터, 사용자의 의복이나 혁대를 포함한 장신구에 간단히 탈착 가능하게 고정하여 사용자의 신체측으로 바람이 취출되는 방향과 바람의 세기를 자유로이 조절할 수 있도록 한 바람 취출방향의 조절이 가능한 휴대용 선풍기에 관한 것이다.
