Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a photocatalyst for photoelectrochemical hydrogen production and a method for manufacturing the same. The photocatalyst according to the present invention includes a TiO_2 nanotube array layer, and an electron transfer coating layer formed on at least a portion of the TiO_2 nanotube array layer, wherein the TiO_2 nanotubes are doped with lanthanide elements. By using the photocatalyst according to the present invention, improved photoconversion efficiency and hydrogen production rate are obtained, and excellent stability is also found.
본 발명은 광전기화학적 수소 생산을 위한 광촉매 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 광촉매는 TiO2 나노튜브 어레이층; 및 상기 TiO2 나노튜브 어레이층 상의 적어도 일부분에 형성된 전자전달코팅층을 포함하되, 상기 TiO2 나노튜브에는 란타나이드 원소가 도핑된다. 본 발명에 따른 광촉매를 사용하여 향상된 광전환 효율 및 수소 생산 속도를 얻을 수 있었고, 안정성 또한 우수한 것으로 나타났다. |
