Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a psoralen derivative, a manufacturing method thereof, and a composition containing the same for alleviating the symptoms of degenerative brain disease. The novel psoralen derivative of the present invention was confirmed to exhibit not only acetylcholinesterase inhibitory effect and butyrylcholinesterase inhibitory effect, but also monoamine oxidase A and B inhibitory effect, and thus, it is possible to simultaneously reduce the level of acetylcholine in brain tissue and butyrylcholine in the blood, which occurs in dementia patients, and by preventing brain cell damage, more effective treatment of degenerative brain diseases can be expected. 본 발명은 솔라렌 유도체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 퇴행성 뇌질환 증상 개선용 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 신규한 솔라렌 유도체는 아세틸콜린에스테라제 저해 효능 및 부티릴콜린에스테라제 저해 효능뿐만 아니라 모노아민 옥시다아제 A, B에 대한 저해 효능을 나타내는 것으로 확인되어, 치매 환자들에게서 나타나는 뇌조직 내의 아세틸콜린 수준 저하 및 혈중 부티릴콜린 수준 저하를 동시에 달성할 수 있고, 뇌세포 손상을 막음으로써 보다 효과적인 퇴행성 뇌질환 치료 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
