| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a rotary washing water spray device installed in a food tray washer and spraying washing water on a food tray, wherein a first washing water spray unit equipped with two first nozzles and a second washing water spray unit equipped with two second nozzles are simultaneously rotated by an electric chain, so that the food tray, especially the corners of the food tray, can be washed cleanly. The rotary washing water spray device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base frame installed in a food tray washer; a driving motor fixedly installed on the base frame and connected to a driving sprocket; first and second washing water supply units spaced apart from each other on the base frame and respectively connected to first and second washing water supply pipes; a first washing water spray unit rotatably connected to the first washing water supply unit and having a first electric sprocket provided at the lower side and two first nozzles provided at the upper side; a second washing water spray unit rotatably connected to the second washing water supply unit and having a second electric sprocket provided at the lower side and two second nozzles provided at the upper side; and a driving chain that drives and connects the driving sprocket and the first and second electric sprockets to transmit the rotational power of the driving motor to the first and second washing water spray units.
본 발명은 식판세척기에 설치되어 식판에 세척수를 분사하되, 2개의 제 1 노즐이 구비된 제 1 세척수분사부와 2개의 제 2 노즐이 구비된 제 2 세척수분사부가 전동체인에 의해 동시에 회전구동됨에 따라 식판, 특히 식판의 모퉁이부위까지 깨끗하게 세척될 수 있도록 한 회전식 세척수 분사장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 회전식 세척수 분사장치는, 식판세척기에 설치되는 베이스프레임과, 상기 베이스프레임에 고정설치되고 구동스프로킷이 연결되는 구동모터와, 상기 베이스프레임에 서로 이격되게 설치되고 제 1 및 제 2 세척수공급관이 각각 연결되는 제 1 및 제 2 세척수공급부와, 상기 제 1 세척수공급부에 회전가능하게 결합되고 하측에는 제 1 전동스프로킷이 구비되며 상측에는 2개의 제 1 노즐이 구비되는 제 1 세척수분사부와, 상기 제 2 세척수공급부에 회전가능하게 결합되고 하측에는 제 2 전동스프로킷이 구비되며 상측에는 2개의 제 2 노즐이 구비되는 제 2 세척수분사부와, 상기 구동스프로킷과 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전동스프로킷을 구동연결하여 상기 구동모터의 회전력을 상기 제 1 및 제 2 세척수분사부로 전달하는 전동체인을 포함한다. |
