Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a frame assembly. The frame assembly according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a first side frame which is vertically extended; a second side frame which is vertically extended, and is spaced apart from the first side frame; a fixing frame which is extended between the first side frame and the second side frame, and provides a space at the lower side for the installation of an air conditioner; an extension frame which is arranged to be vertically movable at the upper side of the first side frame; a rack which is coupled to the extension frame, and has a rack protruding unit protruding towards the fixing frame; and a holder which is arranged to be movable towards the rack at the fixing frame, and is interfered by the rack protruding unit.
