Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are a method and a system for controlling a plurality of fuel cells of a fuel cell vehicle. The method comprises the steps of: increasing the power generation output of a plurality of fuel cells based on the charge amount of a high-voltage battery in a controller; deriving the deterioration rate of each fuel cell based on an output voltage compared to the consumption current of each fuel cell while increasing the power generation output of the plurality of fuel cells in the controller; and differentially controlling the power generation output of each fuel cell during the next drive of a fuel cell vehicle according to the deterioration rate derived from the controller.
