Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of preventing or treating a neurological disease, comprising the step of administering the composition to a non-human subject. 본 발명은 GLP-1, 면역글로불린 Fc, 및 IGF-1을 포함하는 융합단백질 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 융합단백질은 우수한 혈뇌장벽 투과 효율을 가지므로, 신경계 질환의 효과적인 치료에 널리 활용될 수 있다.
