Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a KSBS SBR system including a screen, a flow control tank, an inflow distribution tank, a reaction tank, and a treatment tank, wherein the reaction tank includes: a decanter positioned at a predetermined depth from the water surface to discharge supernatant water; a water level measuring unit measuring a water level; a sludge interface measuring unit measuring a settling position of settled sludge; and a water level control unit controlling the decanter to discharge the supernatant water up to the settling position of the sludge measured by the sludge interface measuring unit when the water level measured by the water level measuring unit reaches a predetermined high point, thereby actively controlling a water level. 본 발명은, 스크린, 유량조정조, 유입분배조, 반응조, 및 처리수조을 포함하는 KSBS SBR 시스템에 있어서, 상기 반응조는, 물 표면 소정 깊이에 위치하여 상등수를 배출하는 디켄터; 수위를 측정하는 수위 측정부; 침전된 슬러지의 침강 위치를 측정하는 슬러지 계면 측정부; 및 상기 수위 측정부에서 측정한 수위가 일정 고점에 도달하면, 상기 슬러지 계면 측정부가 측정한 슬러지의 침강 위치까지 상등수를 배출하도록 상기 디켄터를 제어하는 수위 제어부;를 포함하여, 능동적인 수위 조절이 가능한 것을 일 특징으로 한다.
