Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a composition comprising an isoquinoline derivative compound as an active ingredient for promoting mitophagy activity and use thereof. According to the present invention, novel isoquinoline derivatives such as CD1-271, CD1-363, CD1-367, CD1-386, CD1-404, and CD1-409 are synthesized and it is found that the novel isoquinoline derivatives promote the activity of mitophagy. In addition, it is found that the novel isoquinoline derivative is a safe derivative that does not induce mitochondrial dysfunction and has no cytotoxicity. 이소퀴놀린 유도체 화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 미토파지 활성 촉진용 조성물 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은 신규한 이소퀴놀린 유도체인 CD1-271, CD1-363, CD1-367, CD1-386, CD1-404 및 CD1-409를 합성하였으며, 신규한 이소퀴놀린 유도체들이 미토파지의 활성을 촉진시키는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 미토콘드리아의 기능이상을 유도하지 않으며, 세포에 독성이 없는 안전한 유도체인 것을 확인하였다.
