Expansion joint system equipped with foreign substances blocking function and construction method thereof

The present invention comprises: an upper plate member installed to be connected to an end of a bridge upper plate and having a plurality of finger members spaced apart from each other; a side member extending from the upper plate member and impregnated into the bridge upper plate; a foreign matter inflow prevention unit provided in the gap between a pair of side members, blocking foreign matter flowing in along the gap between the upper plate members, and having a drainage passage integrally formed to guide and drain rainwater flowing in through the gap between the upper plate members to one side; and an expansion joint unit provided in the foreign substance inflow prevention unit and capable of preventing damage to the foreign matter inflow unit when the gap between the upper plate members narrows or widens due to seasonal changes. Accordingly, the present invention can prevent corrosion of concrete structures and steel members due to the inflow of rainwater or sewage. 본 발명은, 교량의 상판 단부에 연결되도록 설치되고, 복수 개의 핑거부재가 간격을 유지하며 구비되는 상판부재; 상기 상판부재로부터 연장되고, 교량상판에 함침되는 측면부재; 한 쌍의 상기 측면부재 사이의 간격에 구비되고, 상기 상판부재 사이의 간격을 따라 유입되는 이물질이 차단되며, 상기 상판부재 사이의 간격으로 유입되는 우수를 일측으로 안내하여 배수시키는 배수유로가 일체로 형성되는 이물질유입방지부; 및 상기 이물질유입방지부의 폭이 좁아지거나 넓어지며 변형 가능하도록 상기 이물질유입방지부에 구비되어 계절변화에 따라 상기 상판부재 사이의 간격이 좁아지거나 넓어질 때에 상기 이물질유입부가 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 신축이음부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
