According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a head of a component pickup device comprising: a head frame part comprising a head housing; a pickup device installation part installed so as to move up/down with respect to the head housing, wherein a pickup device is installed; an air flow part disposed inside of the head housing and forming an air flow so that a foreign substance present inside of the head housing is not discharged into a gap between the head housing and the pickup device installation part; and a suction part that suctions the foreign substance present inside of the head housing.
