A helmet is provided. A helmet according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a helmet body including a ventilation hole formed on one side so that an internal space can be in fluid communication with the outside; a base member including a through hole formed on one side so that the internal space of the helmet body can be in fluid communication with the outside and the ventilation hole is covered; and a cover covering the through hole. The cover reciprocally moves between a first position where the cover is arranged to close the through hole and a second position located on one side of the first position to open the through hole. As the cover moves to the second position, an end of the cover on the first position side can be separated from the base member.
