The disclosed invention is characterized in that an opening permission operation is proceeded only when a position of a door is in a closed position when operating a door setting key. Therefore, an unnecessary operation of a locking mechanism is prevented, and an occurrence of a malfunction due to frequent operation of the locking mechanism can be suppressed.
