Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a method for manufacturing environment load reduction-type cement by using activated clay. The method comprises: a clinker production step (S100) of heating a limestone raw material to form a calcined clinker; an activated clay production step (S200) of heating a kaolin-based raw material composed of clay at 600℃ to 800℃ to form activated clay; a cement raw material formation step (S300) of mixing the clinker formed by the clinker production step (S100) with the activated clay formed by the activated clay production step (S200) in a specific ratio to form a cement raw material; and a cement raw material grinding step (S400) of grinding the cement raw material formed by the cement raw material formation step (S300) into a fine powder to form cement. According to the present invention, it is possible to enhance the performance of cement.
본 발명에 따르면, 석회석 원료를 가열하여 소성된 클린커(Clinker)를 형성하는 클린커 제조 단계(S100); 점토질인 카올린계 원료를 600도씨 내지 800도씨로 가열하여 활성화된 활성점토(Activated Clay)를 형성하는 활성점토 제조 단계(S200); 상기 클린커 제조 단계(S100)를 통해 형성된 클린커와 상기 활성점토 제조 단계(S200)를 통해 형성된 활성점토를 일정비율로 혼합하여 시멘트 원료를 형성하는 시멘트원료 형성 단계(S300); 및 상기 시멘트원료 형성 단계(S300)를 통해 형성된 시멘트 원료를 미세한 분말형태로 분쇄하여 시멘트를 형성하는 시멘트원료 분쇄 단계(S400);를 포함하는 활성점토를 이용한 환경부하 저감형 시멘트 제조방법이 개시된다. |
