The disclosed PTC heater for the heater with the improved temperature-rising speed comprises: a holder opened at least on one side along an axis direction; a heating unit equipped on the opened inner side of the holder and heat-generated when power is applied; and a fixing support part that guides power application or guides heat dissipation while position-fixing the heating unit to the holder.
