Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an air foil bearing and a boil-off gas compressor having the same. The air foil bearing includes: an outer ring coupled and fixed to an object to be installed, and having an inner side formed concavely in an arch shape along an axial direction; a bump foil disposed on the inside of the outer ring and fixed to the outer ring, and having an inclined plane formed in an arch shape; a top foil positioned on the inside of the bump foil and fixed to the outer ring, and having an inclined plane formed in an arch shape; and an inner ring coupled to the outer ring while being coupled to a rotary shaft to be rotated within the outer ring, and having an outer side formed concavely in an arch shape along the axial direction. Therefore, the present invention is capable of securing the safety of a boil-off gas compressor as well as reducing costs therefor. 본 발명은 에어포일 베어링과 이를 갖춘 증발가스 압축기에 관한 것으로, 에어포일 베어링은, 설치 대상물에 결합되어 고정되며, 내측이 축방향을 따라 아치형으로 오목하게 형성된 외륜; 상기 외륜의 내측에 배치되고 상기 외륜에 고정되며, 빗면이 아치형으로 형성된 범프 포일; 상기 범프 포일의 내측에 위치되고 상기 외륜에 고정되며, 빗면이 아치형으로 형성된 탑 포일; 및 상기 외륜과 결합하면서 회전축에 결합되어 상기 외륜 내에서 회전되며, 외측이 축방향을 따라 아치형으로 볼록하게 형성된 내륜을 포함할 수 있다.
