Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for predicting the efficacy of a treatment effect of glioblastoma by T cells, which comprises a step of measuring the expression level of a poliovirus receptor (PVR) protein or a gene encoding the same from a biological sample. According to the present invention, since the expression level of a PVR protein or a gene encoding the same in the treatment of glioblastoma, the efficacy of a treatment effect by T cells can be predicted, and thus, the method can be useful for personalized glioblastoma treatment. 본 발명은 생물학적 시료로부터 PVR(poliovirus receptor) 단백질 또는 이를 코딩하는 유전자의 발현 수준을 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 T 세포에 의한 교모세포종 치료 효과의 유효성 예측 방법에 관한 것으로서, 교모세포종의 치료에 있어 PVR(poliovirus receptor) 단백질 또는 이를 코딩하는 유전자의 발현 수준을 측정함으로써 T 세포에 의한 치료 효과의 유효성을 예측할 수 있어, 개인 맞춤형 교모세포종의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
