Method of manufacturing blind textile with metal deposition layer

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a blind paper with a metal deposition layer that can efficiently block heat flowing in through a blind fabric installed on a window frame by reflecting light flowing in through indoor windows, etc. The method for manufacturing the blind paper with the metal deposition layer according to the present invention includes: a weaving process of weaving the blind fabric through a weaving machine; a tenter treatment process for tentering the blind fabric; an ultrasonic treatment process of emitting ultrasonic waves to the turn-treated blind fabric to remove foreign substances and moisture remaining on the blind fabric by ultrasonic waves; a metal deposition layer forming process of depositing the metal deposition layer that reflects light coming from the outside on one surface of the ultrasonic treated fabric; and a transparent protective layer forming process of forming a transparent protective layer on one side of the blind fabric on which the metal deposition layer is formed. 본 발명은 실내의 창문 등을 통하여 유입되는 빛을 반사함으로써 창틀에 설치된 블라인드 원단을 통하여 유입되는 열을 효율적으로 차단할 수 있도록 하는 블라인드용 직물지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 금속증착층이 형성된 블라인드지의 제조방법은, 제직기를 통해 블라인드 원단을 제직하는 제직공정과; 상기 블라인드 원단을 텐터 처리하는 텐터 처리공정과; 상기 턴테 처리된 블라인드 직물지에 초음파를 발산하여, 초음파에 의해 블라인드 직물지에 잔류된 이물질과 수분을 제거하는 초음파 처리공정과; 상기 초음파 처리된 직물지 원단의 일면에 외부에서 유입되는 빛을 반사하는 금속증착층을 증착하여 형성하는 금속 증착층 형성공정; 및 상기 금속 증착층이 형성된 블라인드 원단의 일면에 투명 보호층을 형성하는 투명 보호층 형성공정을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
