Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a work safety system using a smart oil vapor sensor, and is to warn workers when the amount of oil vapor in the work environment, selectively measured by a smart oil vapor sensor, reaches a dangerous level. According to the present invention, the work safety system using a smart oil vapor sensor comprises: a passage unit through which oil vapor passes; a light source unit which radiates ultraviolet (UV) light-emitting diode (LED) to the passage unit; a bandpass filter unit which selects a preset fluorescence signal expressed in oil vapor; an optical sensor unit which measures the fluorescence signal passing through the bandpass filter unit; an analog to digital conversion (ADC) unit which quantifies the fluorescence signal measured by the optical sensor unit; and a concentration conversion unit which converts the value of the ADC unit into concentration. 본 발명에 따른 스마트 유증기센서를 활용한 작업 안전 시스템은 유증기가 통과되는 통로부; 상기 통로부에 UV LED를 조사하는 광원부; 유증기에서 발현된 기 설정 형광신호를 선택하는 대역필터부; 상기 대역필터부를 통과한 광신호를 측정하는 광센서부; 상기 광센서부에서 측정한 형광신호를 수치화하는 ADC부; 및 상기 ADC부의 수치를 농도로 변환하는 농도변환부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
