Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an explosive simulant for performance certification of explosive search equipment which can be used in test evaluation of both an explosive detection system (EDS) and an explosive trace detector (ETD) while having stability by using petroleum jelly. The manufacturing method of an explosive simulant for performance certification of explosive search equipment comprises: a step of heating petroleum jelly based on total weight to create a liquid state; a step of adding an explosive to the liquefied petroleum jelly to uniformly mix the explosive and the liquefied petroleum jelly; a step of rapidly cooling the uniformly mixed mixture to room temperature; and a step of storing the cooled mixture in a refrigerator.
본 발명은 페트로늄젤리를 이용하여 안정성을 갖으면서 폭발물탐지장비(EDS)와 폭발물흔적탐지장비(ETD)의 시험평가에 모두 사용할 수 있는 폭발물 탐지방비 성능인증을 위한 폭발물 시뮬런트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 전체 중량을 기준으로 페트로늄젤리를 가열하여 액체 상태로 생성하는 단계와; 액상화된 페트로늄젤리에 폭발물를 넣고 균일하게 혼합시키는 단계와; 균일하게 혼합된 혼합물을 상온까지 급격하게 냉각시키는 단계와; 냉각된 혼합물을 냉장고에서 보관하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
