Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a new process technology that produces lithium nanoparticles by expressing lithium-binding peptides on the surfaces of microorganisms. According to the present invention, provided is a method for producing lithium nanoparticles by using recombinant microorganisms expressing lithium-binding peptide on the cell surface, which enables lithium nanoparticles to be synthesized in an eco-friendly and economical manner. In addition, lithium can be effectively removed from polluted wastewater or seawater or recovered in the form of nanoparticles. 본 발명은 리튬 결합 펩타이드를 미생물의 표면에 발현시켜 리튬 나노입자를 생산하는 신규 공정 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 세포 표면에 리튬 결합 펩타이드를 발현하는 재조합 미생물을 이용하여 리튬 나노입자를 제조하는 방법을 제공함으로써 친환경적이고 경제적으로 리튬 나노입자의 합성이 가능하게 하였다. 또한 오염된 폐수 또는 해수로부터 리튬을 효과적으로 제거하거나 나노입자의 형태로 회수할 수 있게 하였다.
