Zusammenfassung: | The present invention forms a power line through a wire bundle connecting the ends and terminating of a plurality of wires among a plurality of wires provided on a belt, and compares the first resistance of the wire bundle with the resistance during operation to determine whether the wire bundle is disconnected. If it is determined that the wire is disconnected, the number of disconnected wires is calculated to prevent malfunction of the hoist device due to power supply interruption and to predict the timing of prior maintenance.
본 발명은 벨트에 구비된 다수의 와이어 중 복수 개의 와이어 선단과 종단을 접속시킨 와이어 다발을 통해 전원라인을 형성하고, 와이어 다발의 제 1 저항과 동작중의 저항을 비교하여 와이어 다발의 단선 여부를 판단하고, 단선된 것으로 판단되면 단선 와이어 개수를 산출함으로써 전력 공급 단절에 따른 호이스트 장치의 오동작을 방지하고 사전 유지보수 시점을 예측할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. |
