Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an architectural design management method based on a 3D model and a system thereof. In an associated architectural design management information system conducted by the requirement of members who are related to architectural design and receive architectural design management information, an architectural design system comprises: a system operating means which is opened by allowing a system of an application to be operated; a component determining means which is to set components related to architectural design, sets components registering information of expert groups for each field and expresses a 2D aerial view and a building as a 3D form to implement the same as a 3D view aerial view; a final data setting means which plays an important role in a dimensional determination means of a building, a building element determination means, construction costs, construction schedules, and cost management; a final building configuration means; and a report data registration and report outputting means. A component means is contained in the management system, wherein if an issue review was registered in a final outcome database in a building component determination means, feedback on the same is provided for each means necessary for problem solving to adjust and confirm necessary architectural design.
