Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a highly functional fluorine and phosphorus treatment agent for wastewater, which contains economical polyaluminum chloride that has an excellent ability to remove fluorine, phosphorus and suspended solids from industrial wastewater containing fluorine and phosphorus without post-processing through a single 1-step manufacturing process by adjusting the maturation and reaction conditions of the reactants for producing polyaluminum chloride, and has excellent storage stability by ensuring chemical stability with economic feasibility. The present invention comprises a step of aging a mixture of aluminum hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, and water at 80 to 100℃ for 30 minutes to 1 hour after preparing the mixture of aluminum hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, and water; and a step of reacting the aged mixture to produce polyaluminium chloride.
