CLEANER SYSTEM

The present invention relates to a cleaning system, which can improve cleaning satisfaction by adapting to the diversity of user preferences and cleaning environments, comprising a robot vacuum cleaner capable of setting driving rules by reflecting a user's preferences, and an external device in communication with the robot vacuum cleaner. In one embodiment of the present invention, the robot vacuum cleaner comprises: a main body; a driving unit moving the main body within a cleaning area using any one driving mode selected from a plurality of driving modes; and a sensing unit detecting an obstacle present within a preset detection distance from the main body, wherein the plurality of driving modes may include a default driving mode preset in the robot vacuum cleaner, and a user driving mode set by a user entering driving rules via the external device. 본 발명은, 사용자의 기호를 반영하여 주행 규칙의 설정이 가능한 로봇 청소기 및, 상기 로봇 청소기와 통신하는 외부기기를 포함하는 청소 시스템으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서, 상기 로봇 청소기는, 본체; 피청소 영역 내에서 복수의 운전모드 중 선택된 어느 하나의 운전모드를 이용하여 상기 본체를 이동시키는 구동부; 및 상기 본체로부터 미리 설정된 감지 거리 내에 존재하는 장애물을 검출하는 센싱부;를 포함하고, 상기 복수의 운전모드는, 상기 로봇 청소기에 미리 설정된 기본 운전모드와, 사용자가 상기 외부기기를 통해 주행 규칙을 입력하여 설정된 사용자 운전모드를 포함할 수 있다.
