Sludge concentration system

The present invention relates to a sludge concentration device which allows simple confirmation of an internal state of a drum or a state of a screw which comprises: a perforated drum made of a hollow cylindrical shape and formed with a plurality of perforated holes; a rotating shaft inserted into the perforated drum and having an outer diameter increasing from one side to the other; a screw in which blades are formed by spirally wound around an outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft; an input hole formed in a lower part of one side wall of the perforated drum; and a mobile measuring device inserted into the perforated drum through the input hole and including one or more lighting means and one or more cameras. According to the present invention, the occurrence of failures can be reduced and the lifespan of the device can be extended. 본 발명은 간단히 드럼 내부 상태나 스크류 상태의 확인이 가능하도록 하는 슬러지 농축장치에 관한 것으로서, 중공 원통형으로 이루어지고 복수의 타공 홀이 형성되는 타공 드럼, 상기 타공 드럼 내부에 삽입되고, 일측에서 타측으로 갈수록 외경이 증가하는 회전 샤프트와, 회전 샤프트의 외주면에 나선형으로 감아 형성되는 블레이드가 형성되는 스크류, 상기 타공 드럼의 일측 측벽 하부에 형성되는 투입홀 및 상기 투입홀을 통해 상기 타공 드럼 내부에 투입되며 하나 이상의 조명수단과 하나 이상의 카메라를 구비하는 이동 측정기를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
