Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a vector system for expression and extracellular secretion of a TGF-β signaling inhibitory peptide, and further to a vector system capable of co-expression with a cancer target chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) in immune cells and uses thereof. The vector system of the present invention can be effectively utilized in cell therapy, particularly in the treatment of diseases caused by excessive accumulation of TGF-β signaling, by administering genetically engineered immune cells, such as CAR-NK cells, with co-administered TGF-β signaling inhibitory peptides. 본 발명은 TGF-β 신호전달 억제 펩타이드의 발현 및 세포 밖 분비를 위한 벡터 시스템, 나아가 면역 세포에서 암 표적 CAR(Chimeric antigen receptor)와 동시 발현이 가능한 벡터 시스템 및 이의 용도에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 벡터 시스템은 세포 치료제, 특히 유전자 조작된 면역 세포, 예를 들어 CAR-NK 세포와 같은 면역 세포를 투여하여 TGF-β 신호전달 억제 펩타이드를 병용 투여하는 효과를 나타낼 수 있으며, TGF-β 과량 축적에 따른 질환의 치료에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있다.
