Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a fingerprint authentication device of the present invention, which includes: a biometric sensor which senses biometric information to generate a sensing signal; an image processor which extracts a calibration function based on calibration data and generates a fingerprint image based on the calibration function and the sensing signal; and an authenticator which performs fingerprint authentication by comparing the fingerprint image and registered fingerprint information, wherein the calibration data includes information on a calibration coefficient of the calibration function. 본 발명의 지문 인증 장치는, 생체 정보를 감지하여 감지 신호를 생성하는 생체 센서, 보정 데이터에 기초하여 보정 함수를 추출하고, 보정 함수 및 감지 신호에 기초하여 지문 영상을 생성하는 영상 처리부, 및 지문 영상과 등록된 지문 정보를 비교하여 지문 인증을 수행하는 인증부를 포함한다. 보정 데이터는 보정 함수의 보정 계수에 대한 정보를 포함한다.
