According to the present invention, provided is an operating method of a display driving chip, which includes the steps of: determining whether to change a level of a logic voltage supplied to a logic circuit of a display driving chip; transmitting a logic voltage setting command to a power management chip, when a level of the logic voltage needs to be changed; and receiving the logic voltage with a changed level corresponding to the logic voltage setting command from the power management chip.
