Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for estimating distribution of a raindrop and rainfall intensity using a CCTV. According to the present invention, the method for estimating distribution of a raindrop and rainfall intensity using a CCTV includes: a step (a) in which a data collection unit receives original image data photographed by the CCTV installed in a region of a randomly selected area and stores the original image data in a database; a step (b) in which an image processing unit preprocesses the original image data stored in the database and converts the preprocessed original image data to processed image data; a step (c) in which the image processing unit generates the image data for analysis in which a rest background area except for an area corresponding to rain is removed from the processed image data; a step (d) in which a rainfall analysis unit calculates diameter information on each raindrop included in the image data for analysis; a step (e) in which the rainfall analysis unit calculates a number concentration by each raindrop diameter by collecting the diameter information on the each raindrop calculated by the step (d); and a step (f) in which the rainfall analysis unit deduces final rainfall intensity based on the number concentration by each raindrop diameter calculated by the step (e). The method for estimating distribution of a raindrop and rainfall intensity can save operation costs and obtain rainfall information even in a mountain region and a marine region in which a ground observation tool is difficult to install.
본 발명에 따른 CCTV를 활용한 강우입자 분포 및 강우강도 추정 방법은, 데이터수집부가 임의로 선택된 범위의 지역 내에 설치된 CCTV에서 촬영된 원본 영상데이터를 전송받아 데이터베이스에 저장하는 (a)단계, 영상처리부가 상기 데이터베이스에 저장된 원본 영상데이터를 전처리하여 가공 영상데이터로 변환시키는 (b)단계, 상기 영상처리부가 상기 가공 영상데이터에서 빗줄기에 해당하는 영역을 제외한 나머지 배경 영역을 제거한 분석용 영상데이터를 생성하는 (c)단계, 강우분석부가 상기 분석용 영상데이터에 포함되어 있는 각 강우입자의 직경 정보를 산출하는 (d)단계, 상기 강우분석부가 상기 (d)단계에 의해 산출된 각 강우입자의 직경 정보를 취합하여, 강우입자 직경별 수농도를 산출하는 (e)단계 및 상기 강우분석부가 상기 (e)단계에 의해 산출된 상기 강우입자 직경별 수농도를 기반으로 최종 강우강도를 도출하는 (f)단계를 포함한다. |
