Zusammenfassung:	According to an embodiment, a bus bar assembly connects a plurality of battery cells. The bus bar assembly comprises: a bus bar having a connection unit for interconnecting at least two battery cells; a contact beam having a connector connection unit on one side and having flexible arms at both ends; and a support block supporting the contact beam. The flexible arms of the contact beam may contact a connection unit of the bus bar to press the bus bar in a direction toward the plurality of battery cells. 일 실시예에 따른 버스바 조립체는, 복수의 배터리 셀을 연결하는 버스바 조립체이며, 적어도 두 개의 배터리 셀을 상호 연결하는 접속부를 구비하는 버스바, 일측에 커넥터 연결부를 구비하고 양 단부에 가요성 아암을 구비하는 접촉 빔, 상기 접촉 빔을 지지하는 지지 블록을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 접촉 빔의 가요성 아암은 버스바의 접속부에 접촉하여 상기 버스바를 상기 복수의 배터리 셀을 향하는 방향으로 가압할 수 있다.
