METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR STOMA PATIENT SERVICE PROVISION BASED ON UNTACT

The present invention relates to a method for providing an untact stoma patient service. The method comprises the steps in which: an operator server selects one or more medical staff who can provide an untact stoma patient service based on received medical staff information and stoma patient information; the operator server receives at least one image data including a stoma device and a skin area to which the stoma device is attached, and an stoma patient comment written in text format at regular intervals from a base date; the operator server provides to a stoma patient device with medical staff comment generated in image and/or text format based on the stoma patient information, the at least one image data, and the stoma patient comment; and when receiving an evaluation of a level of understanding of the medical staff comment, the operator server controls that a patient checkup report including the medical staff information, the at least one image data, the stoma patient information, the stoma patient comment, and the medical staff comment can be generated and output.
