Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a motor control device, a motor control system and a motor control method. The motor control device comprises: an inverter unit that converts inputted power into alternating current power through switching motion of a plurality of switching elements and applies it to a motor; a resistance unit connected to a lower end of the inverter unit; and a control unit that controls an operation of a motor based on a measurement result. Therefore, the motor control device can suppress generation of harmonic waves due to voltage injection in a low-speed operation region. 본 명세서는 모터의 저속 운전 영역에서 120도 통전 방식으로 제어하여, 상기 120도 통전 방식에 따른 션트 전류의 검출 결과를 근거로 상 전류를 검출하는 모터 제어 장치, 모터 제어 시스템 및 모터 제어 방법의 실시예에 관한 것이다.
