Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for managing charging and discharging of a vehicle and a system. The method for managing the charging and discharging of the vehicle, performed by a charging and discharging apparatus managing the charging and the discharging of the vehicle according to the present invention comprises: confirming, by the charging and discharging apparatus, a battery charging condition according to a charge request of the vehicle; and supplying at least one of new renewable energy and an energy stored in a parked vehicle to a vehicle which has requested the charging according to the confirmed battery charging condition. According to the present invention, the vehicle which needs the charging is supplied with an electric power from the renewable energy or from the vehicle which is not scheduled to be driven. Therefore, a wasted electric power can be managed efficiently. 본 발명은 차량의 충방전 관리 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 차량의 충방전을 관리하는 충방전 장치가 수행하는 차량의 충방전 관리 방법은 충방전 장치가 차량의 충전 요청에 따라 배터리 충전 조건을 확인하는 단계 및 확인된 배터리 충전 조건에 따라 충전 요청한 차량에 신재생 에너지 및 주차되어 있는 차량에 저장되어 있는 에너지 중 적어도 하나를 공급하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 충전이 필요한 차량에 신재생 에너지를 공급하거나 운행 계획이 없는 차량의 전력을 공급하여 낭비되는 전력을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 한다.
