Zusammenfassung: | An X-ray tube according to the present invention, which simplifies the sealing structure of the X-ray tube by using a sealed tube, comprises: a tube body made of an insulating material and having a predetermined space formed therein; an anode electrode disposed at one end of the tube body, and coupled with a target; a cathode electrode disposed at the other end of the tube body to face the anode electrode, and coupled with an emitter; and a sealing member sealing a lower part of the tube body, made of an insulating material, and formed to be penetrated by an exhaust pipe terminal and at least one electrode terminal, wherein an upper surface of the sealing member is stacked with a metal layer of a predetermined thickness, the exhaust pipe terminal is electrically connected to the metal layer, sealed after vacuum treatment of the X-ray tube and used as a ground terminal, and the at least one electrode terminal is electrically connected to the cathode electrode.
본 발명에 따른 엑스레이 튜브는 절연소재로 이루어지고, 내부에 소정의 공간이 형성된 튜브 본체; 튜브 본체의 일측단부에 배치되며, 타겟이 결합된 애노드 전극; 튜브 본체의 타측단부에 애노드 전극과 대향하도록 배치되며, 에미터가 결합된 캐소드 전극; 튜브 본체의 하부를 밀폐하고, 절연소재로 이루어지며, 배기관 단자 및 적어도 하나 이상의 전극단자가 관통하도록 형성된 밀봉 부재를 포함하되, 밀봉 부재의 상부면은 소정 두께의 금속층이 적층된 것이고, 배기관 단자는 금속층과 전기적으로 접속되고, 엑스레이 튜브의 진공 처리 후 밀봉되며, 접지 단자로 사용되는 것이고, 하나 이상의 전극 단자는 캐소드 전극과 전기적으로 결합된다. |
