Zusammenfassung:Provided is a molding method that can mold high-quality molded products regardless of the shape of molded products. A core (36) is installed in a pair of molds (15, 16) and driven by core pressing means (5, 38). Moreover, the molding method comprises: an injection process of injecting injection materials into a pair of molds (15, 16); a mold clamping process of clamping the molds (15, 16) by driving a clamping device (2) after completion of the injection process or in parallel with the injection process; and a core compression process in which the core (36) is pressed by the core pressing means (5, 38). (과제) 성형품의 형상에 상관없이 품질이 높은 성형품을 성형할 수 있는 성형 방법을 제공한다. (해결 수단) 1쌍의 금형(15, 16)에 코어(36)를 설치하고, 코어 압압 수단(5, 38)에 의해 구동되도록 한다. 그리고 1쌍의 금형(15, 16)에 사출 재료를 사출하는 사출 공정과, 사출 공정의 완료 후에 또는 사출 공정과 병행해서 클램핑 장치(2)를 구동해서 금형(15, 16)을 클램핑하는 형반 클램핑 공정과, 코어 압압 수단(5, 38)에 의해 코어(36)를 압압하는 코어 압축 공정을 구비한 성형 방법으로서 구성한다.
