Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a water-dispersible urethane-based polymeric concrete floor finish composition comprising: a polyol selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, and mixtures thereof; 5 to 30 parts by weight of a subject; 5 to 30 parts by weight of an isocyanate-based curing agent; 30 to 100 parts by weight of a water-absorbent material; and 1 to 20 parts by weight of a water channel-forming, water-absorbing internal amendment. By forming water channels inside the floor covering layer, the present invention provides a floor covering material that can be applied to a construction surface with a high moisture content and does not cause defects. 본 발명은 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리비닐알코올, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리올을 포함하는 주제 5 내지 30 중량부; 이소시아네이트계 경화제 5 내지 30 중량부; 수경성 재료 30 내지 100 중량부; 및 워터 채널을 형성하는 수분흡수성 내부양생제 1 내지 20 중량부;를 포함하는 수분산 우레탄계 폴리머 콘크리트 바닥마감재 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 바닥마감재층 내부에 워터 채널을 형성하여 함수율이 높은 시공면에도 시공이 가능하고 하자를 유발하지 않는 바닥마감재를 제공할 수 있다.
