Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a fiber-reinforced composite propeller for drones, which comprises: a foam core with slots formed in the longitudinal direction; a first prepreg layer surrounding an outer surface of the foam core; a prepreg web formed in the longitudinal direction by penetrating the foam core in a direction perpendicular to the ground through the slots of the foam core, and whose upper and lower parts are continuously connected to the first prepreg layer; and a second prepreg layer surrounding an outer surface of the first prepreg layer. Through optimization of the orientation and lamination configuration of such fiber-reinforced composite materials, it is possible to provide a propeller and a manufacturing method thereof that can minimize weight and increase bending characteristics. 본 발명의 드론용 섬유강화복합재료 프로펠러는 길이 방향으로 형성된 슬롯을 구비한 폼코어, 폼코어의 외표면을 감싸는 제1 프리프레그층, 폼코어의 슬롯을 통해 폼코어를 지면과 수직방향으로 관통하여 길이 방향으로 형성되며 상부와 하부가 제1 프리프레그층과 연속적으로 연결되는 프리프레그웹 및 제1 프리프레그층의 외표면을 둘러싼 제2 프리프레그층을 포함한다. 이와 같은 섬유강화복합재료의 배향 및 적층 구성의 최적화를 통해 중량 최소화 및 굴곡 특성을 증가시킬 수 있는 프로펠러 및 이의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
