Zusammenfassung:One embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for recommending an exercise program to patients with upper extremity hemiplegia, which includes the steps of: while at least part of each step is performed by a processor, receiving a video of the subject's movements according to preset shooting conditions; determining the degree of upper extremity hemiplegia of the subject by inputting the video into a first machine learning-based learning model including a 3D convolutional layer; and determining an exercise program based on the degree of upper extremity hemiplegia of the subject. 본 개시의 일 실시 예는 상지 편마비 환자에게 운동 프로그램을 추천하는 방법으로서, 각 단계의 적어도 일부가 프로세서에 의해 수행되고, 기 설정된 촬영 조건에 따라 대상자의 움직임을 촬영한 동영상을 제공 받는 단계, 3차원 컨볼루션 레이어를 포함하는 머신 러닝 기반의 제1 학습 모델에 동영상을 입력하여 대상자의 상지 편마비 정도를 판단하는 단계 및 대상자의 상지 편마비 정도에 기반하여 운동 프로그램을 결정하는 단계를 포함한다.
