More specifically, the present invention relates to a compound with excellent electron injection and transport ability and an organic electroluminescent device with improved properties such as luminous efficiency, driving voltage, and lifespan, as well as progressive driving voltage, by including the same in one or more organic matter layers. 본 발명은 신규한 유기 화합물 및 이를 이용한 유기 전계 발광 소자에 대한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 전자 주입 및 수송 능력이 우수한 화합물 및 이를 하나 이상의 유기물층에 포함함으로써 발광효율, 구동 전압, 수명 등의 특성은 물론, 진행성 구동 전압이 향상된 유기 전계 발광 소자에 관한 것이다.
