Since the nano bioreactor according to the present invention contains carbon monoxide dehydrogenase (CODH) and formate dehydrogenase (FDH), formic acid can be produced continuously with a high yield. 본 발명은 이중-효소 케이지를 이용한 포름산 생산용 나노 생물반응기 및 이를 통한 염 생산 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 나노 생물반응기는 일산화탄소 탈수소효소 (Carbon monoxide dehydrogenase; CODH) 및 포름산 탈수소효소 (formate dehydrogenase; FDH)를 포함에 따라 높은 수율로 포름산을 연속적으로 생산할 수 있다.
