Zusammenfassung:The present invention proposes an insulation device for piping that uses gaseous fluid circulation which reduces temperature deviations by eliminating errors in the installation process, reduces costs such as labor costs, and solves environmental pollution problems caused by insulation materials. The device surrounds a pipe supplying the process fluid and includes an insulating barrel through which an insulating fluid to insulate the pipe flows. The insulating barrel includes a first circulation passage open on one side so that the insulating fluid flows while contacting the pipe. 설치과정에서의 오류를 배제하여 온도편차를 줄이고, 인건비 등의 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 단열재에 의한 환경오염 문제를 해소하는 기상의 유체 순환을 활용한 배관용 단열장치를 제시한다. 그 장치는 공정유체를 공급하는 배관을 감싸며 배관을 단열하기 위한 단열유체가 유동하는 단열배럴을 포함하고, 단열배럴은 단열유체가 배관에 접촉하면서 유동하도록 일측이 개방된 제1 순환유로를 포함한다.
