Zusammenfassung:As a disclosed multi-stage mold device for manufacturing multi-layer microneedles includes a first-stage mold and a second-stage mold, a needle primary material is molded in a first-stage needle forming hole formed in the first-stage mold, and a needle secondary material is formed in a form connected to the needle primary material in a second-stage needle forming hole formed in the second-stage mold, and thus, the multi-layer microneedles in which multiple types of materials are stacked in multiple layers can be manufactured. 개시되는 복수 층 마이크로 니들 제조용 다단 몰드 장치가 1단 몰드와 2단 몰드를 포함함에 따라, 상기 1단 몰드에 형성된 1단 니들 형성홀에 니들 1차 물질이 성형되고, 상기 2단 몰드에 형성된 2단 니들 형성홀에 상기 니들 1차 물질과 연결되는 형태로 니들 2차 물질이 성형됨으로써, 복수 종류의 물질이 복수 층으로 적층된 복수 층 마이크로 니들이 제조될 수 있게 되는 장점이 있다.
