Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an aerogel blanket with low dust generation and an aerogel blanket having a chain extender of urea bond manufactured thereby. The present invention relates to the manufacturing method of an aerogel blanket obtained by a sol-gel reaction from silica raw materials, which optimizes the silica raw materials and reaction solvent conditions, and in particular, can eliminates the problem of severe dusting by using a normal sol-gel reaction through raw material processing before a sol formation step by mixing the silica raw materials with a modified aminosilane additive having the urea bond, and can provide the aerogel blanket, which contains the extended chain of urea bonds that generates less dust from the manufacturing method. 본 발명은 먼지발생이 적은 에어로젤 블랑켓의 제조방법 및 그로부터 제조된 우레아결합의 사슬연장쇄를 포함한 에어로젤 블랑켓에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 실리카 원료물질로부터 졸-겔 반응에 의해 수득되는 에어로젤 블랑켓의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 실리카 원료물질 및 반응 용매조건을 최적화하고 특히, 상기 실리카 원료물질에 우레아결합을 가지는 변성 아미노실란 첨가제를 혼합하여 졸 형성 단계이전에 원료가공을 통해, 통상의 졸-겔 반응을 이용하면서 심한 가루날림의 문제를 해소하고, 상기 제조방법으로부터 먼지발생이 적은 우레아결합의 사슬연장쇄를 포함한 에어로젤 블랑켓을 제공할 수 있다.
