WEARABLE CUFF APPARATUS FOR BLOOD FLOW RESTRICTION TRAINING

Disclosed is a wearable cuff device for blood flow restriction training. The present invention comprises: A pressure unit (100) provided with an airbag (110) disposed around one or more body parts of the user's arms or legs and kept airtight inside, and inflating with injected air to compress the body part and restrict blood flow; a control module (200) supplying air necessary to inflate the airbag (110) according to a user manipulation signal; and cloth unit (300) worn on the user's body and provided with an airtight flow path (315) inside to connect between the pressure unit (100) and the control module (200) to supply air supplied from the control module (200) to the pressure unit (100).
