Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method of controlling a vehicular thermal management system that comprises an air conditioning subsystem in which refrigerant circulates and a battery cooling subsystem in which battery coolant circulates, with the air conditioning subsystem being thermally connected to the battery cooling subsystem through a battery chiller. According to the present invention, the method of controlling a vehicular thermal management system involves controlling the opening and closing of a first solenoid valve of an evaporator-side expansion valve located upstream of an evaporator in the air conditioning subsystem according to the operation of the cooling mode of the air conditioning subsystem, and controlling the opening and closing of a second solenoid valve of a chiller-side expansion valve located upstream of the battery chiller based on the temperature of the battery and the temperature of the evaporator. 본 발명은 냉매가 순환하는 공조 서브시스템 및 배터리 냉각수가 순환하는 배터리 냉각서브시스템을 포함하고, 공조 서브시스템이 배터리칠러를 통해 배터리 냉각서브시스템에 열적으로 연결되는 차량용 열관리시스템의 제어방법으로, 공조 서스시스템의 냉방모드 작동여부에 따라 공조 서브시스템의 증발기의 상류지점에 위치한 증발기측 팽창밸브의 제1솔레노이드밸브의 개폐를 제어하고, 배터리의 온도 및 증발기의 온도에 따라 배터리칠러의 상류지점에 위치한 칠러측 팽창밸브의 제2솔레노이드밸브의 개폐를 제어할 수 있다.
