The electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery, according to an embodiment of the present invention, is an electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery comprising a lithium salt, a solvent, and a functional additive, wherein the functional additive includes a high-voltage additive in which a first high-voltage additive, which is perfluoro-15-crown-5-ether represented by the following [Formula 1], and a second high-voltage additive, which is fluoroethylene carbonate represented by the following [Formula 2], are mixed.
