| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is to prevent or minimize the loss of adhesion between a glass substrate and a metal film laminate (adhesive layer) due to damage to the adhesive layer caused by a metal etchant (etchant), when a pattern is formed on a metal thin film by using a photo process after bonding a metal film laminate to a glass substrate. The glass substrate laminate of the present invention comprises a glass substrate, an adhesive layer bonded to the glass substrate, a protective layer bonded to the adhesive layer, and a metal pattern layer bonded to the protective layer and having a pattern.
