A method and device for forming such a glass surface ultrafine structure allows a mold to press a glass surface with uniform force by being configured to directly pressurize the mold with the permeable part or to have fluid pressurize the mold using the permeable part. 본 발명은, 유리 표면 초미세 구조 형성 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 유리 표면 초미세 구조 형성 방법 및 장치는, 투과부로 몰드를 직접 가압하도록 구성되거나 투과부를 이용하여 몰드를 유체가 가압하도록 구성됨으로써, 몰드가 유리 표면을 균일한 힘으로 가압할 수 있게 한다.
